Booth Prices
A complete list of room sizes, prices and all the other details are listed in the 2012 Exhibitor Contract. A link to download the contract will become available on the application form once you've created an account and logged in.

Selection Process & Deposit
After you've applied, we will contact you if your gallery is accepted into the fair. At that point you'll need to sign the Exhibitor Contract and send it with a minimum deposit of $2500 to hold your place in the fair. We'll do our best to notify galleries as soon as possible, but it usually takes at least a month, depending on what's happening in the background with other galleries that we've already invited. Patience is appreciated!

Artists & Alternative spaces:
The focus of our fair is contemporary galleries with physical exhibition spaces and ongoing programming. Individual artist's applications will not be considered. Artists with galleries should encourage their dealers to apply. Artist-run co-op galleries with ongoing programming, and other alternative groups with physical exhibition spaces can apply if there is a website that we can review. We'll need to see images of member's work & links showing past exhibitions.

We are now accepting applications for this year's event. There's no deadline to apply, but if you apply by June 11 your gallery will be considered for Priority Room Selection.
